What is kept
- Your name, email, and time zone.
- What you logged: foods, amounts, dates, water, weight if you tell it.
- Your conversation with the bot.
- If you connect Telegram, your Telegram account id.
How long
Your food log is kept until you delete it or delete your account. Conversations are deleted
automatically after 90 days. An unpaid account is deleted after six months.
Who else sees it
- FatSecret and the USDA database — the name of a food you are looking up. Not
who you are.
- Anthropic — your message and your recent log, to work out what you meant.
- Stripe — your name, email and card. Your card never touches our server.
- Telegram — only if you choose to connect it.
Nobody else. Your log is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train
anything.
Deleting it
Ask in the chat or email us and your account and everything in
it is deleted. Not archived.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed. Your dashboard link is unlisted and is what gates your data, so
do not post it anywhere. We are a small operation, not a bank — be sensible about what you
choose to put in a food log.
